Hold onto your calculators because the gauntlet has been thrown, and High Rock Accounting has emerged triumphant yet again, securing a dazzling position on the highly coveted 2023 Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row! Get ready to witness a display of numbers that do not just quantify growth; they embody our spirit of audacious progress.
“In the realm where numbers meet the human spirit, our journey to the Inc. 5000 isn’t confined to figures; it’s a vibrant narrative woven from hard work, unity, and a bold stroke of audacity. We’re not content to simply play the game; we’re driven to rewrite its rules.” declares Liz Mason, CEO of High Rock Accounting.
While the world grapples with economic quakes and talent droughts, we have been sculpting our path with resolve and precision. Amidst the chaos, we have achieved a staggering three-year revenue growth rate that is not just a metric; it is our anthem of transformation.
But this isn’t a solo performance; it is a symphony. Over the past three years, our fellow Inc. 5000 companies have collectively injected 1,187,266 job opportunities into the economy. We are not just scaling; we are making an impact. “The power of innovation meets the stability of numbers – that’s where our strength lies.” Melissa Diaz, CFO of High Rock Accounting, states confidently. “As a woman-owned enterprise, this journey is a statement of breaking boundaries, and we are penning a new narrative in the accounting landscape.”
Our strategy is not just a blueprint; it s a revolution fusing technology and vision. We are not just riding the wave of innovation; we are the ones creating it, propelling the accounting industry into a new era.
And there’s more – “Running a business has only gotten harder since the end of the pandemic,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “To make the Inc. 5000—with the fast growth that it requires—is truly an accomplishment. Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that are building our future.”

Methodology
Companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2022. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places.
